2. Determine the Current State

Assess the current representation of women/men* and other diversity groups in your organization in terms of the goals defined above. Which diversity dimensions play a key role in your organization? What qualitative and quantitative data on diversity in innovation is already available, and what measures have already been implemented? The more comprehensively and precisely you determine the current state, the more specifically you can identify the need for action. In this way, you can select specific areas of action and suitable instruments for achieving your goals in these fields. Accordingly, in the next step, it will be easier to define and measure success factors.
