safeguarding the quality of research and development.
⚒ | ＄ | ⏲ | A checklist on diversity helps teachers with prior knowledge to design their lessons inclusively and to encourage their students to think critically. It facilitates the implementation of inclusive language and increases the visibility of different diversity groups in the classroom.
⚒⚒ | ＄ | ⏲⏲ | The Gender Extended Research and Development model (GERD) is an approach that enables teams – especially in the field of information technology development - to consider, record, and integrate gender and diversity aspects at every stage of planning and processing within a project. In the long run, the application of the GERD model contributes to better use of the innovation potential in diverse teams and more creative solutions.
⚒ | ＄ | ⏲ | In the project "Gendering MINT digital", the most recent approaches for gender-oriented R&D in science and technology are being developed and tested. By using Open Educational Resources (OER) in the STEM field, innovation-oriented companies can strengthen the gender competencies of their employees and trainees, especially with respect to technical and scientific R&D units.
