Comvation is a web agency operating in Thun with a rather young team of 17 people. Flat hierarchies and a high level of involvement ensure a collegial and dynamic working atmosphere in the company.
As part of the pilot for the Toolkit: Women & Diversity in Innovation, Comvation has set itself the goal, as an SME, to offer attractive working conditions. The choice of flexible working times and locations in particular support employees in managing their professional tasks and family commitments. This required designing the infrastructure entirely for mobile working throughout the company. With coworking spaces, Comvation provides its employees with additional space that enables focused work close to their homes.
In line with greater flexibility in working times, the general core hours in which availability is expected have been adjusted and adapted to individual working styles regarding the respective activity. A joint kick-off in the morning will continue to provide an opportunity for regular exchange within the team.
